Technician / Trade

Certification & Licensing:

Experience:

✅ Minimum 2–5 years of verifiable experience in the specific trade/technical field (specify: e.g., HVAC, industrial maintenance, diesel/automotive, electrical, millwright)
✅ Hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining relevant equipment or systems
✅ Experience reading technical manuals, wiring diagrams, or schematics
✅ Experience working with the specific equipment/systems used at your facility is a strong asset

Education:

✅ Secondary (high school) diploma or equivalent (minimum baseline for most trades)
✅ Trade certificate, diploma, or "other trades certificate or equivalent experience" as recognized by the province
✅ College/CEGEP technical program completion an asset for specialized technician roles
✅ TESDA certification accepted as equivalent training documentation for Filipino applicants

Skills:

✅ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
✅ Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments relevant to the trade
✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and equipment specifications
✅ Basic computer literacy for work order systems, digital diagnostics, or maintenance logs
✅ Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
✅ Basic to intermediate English proficiency for safety communication, documentation, and team coordination

Physical Requirements:

✅Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting (specify weight, e.g., up to 25 kg)
✅ Able to work in varying conditions depending on role (confined spaces, heights, outdoor sites, industrial environments)
✅ Comfortable with standing, kneeling, and repetitive physical tasks over extended periods
