KEY RESPONIBILITIES:
Patient Assessment & Care Planning:
✅ Assess patient health status through physical examinations, health histories, and diagnostic data
✅ Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs
✅ Monitor and document changes in patient condition, escalating concerns to physicians promptly
✅ Prioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical urgency
Clinical Treatment & Medication Administration:
✅ Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
✅ Perform clinical procedures within scope of practice (wound care, catheterization, injections, etc.)
✅ Monitor vital signs and respond appropriately to abnormal readings
✅ Manage pain control and symptom relief per care plans
Documentation & Compliance:
✅ Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient records/documentation (electronic health records)
✅ Ensure compliance with provincial nursing college standards and hospital/facility policies

Collaboration & Communication:
