Nurse / Healthcare

Requirements:

✅ Valid passport
✅ Valid PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) nursing license in your country
✅ Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution
✅ Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (specify unit: med-surg, ICU, geriatrics, etc.)
✅ Must be eligible for NNAS (National Nursing Assessment Service) assessment
✅ English language proficiency (IELTS/CELBAN score meeting provincial nursing college requirements)
✅ Willingness to complete NCLEX-RN exam and provincial licensing process (mention if employer will support/sponsor this)
✅ Clean criminal record and medical clearance for immigration
✅ Strong communication and patient-care documentation skills


KEY RESPONIBILITIES:


✅ Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
✅ Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
✅ Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, reporting changes to physicians
✅ Maintain accurate and timely patient records/documentation
✅ Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
✅ Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-care instructions
✅ Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed
✅ Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care
✅ Supervise and mentor nursing assistants, LPNs, or student nurses (if applicable)
✅ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
✅ Advocate for patient rights and ensure culturally sensitive, compassionate care
✅ (If specialized unit — ICU, geriatrics, pediatrics) Perform specialized clinical procedures relevant to that unit
